Marcus served as a Security Police Officer in the USAF directly out of high school. Shortly after, his intrapreneurial spirit lead him to start his own manufacturing business in the outdoor industry. The company grew exponentially and sold just 5 years later. While holding the position of Creative Designer and Marketing Asst. for the new company, he took it upon himself to start consulting for other business’ about their Marketing needs as a second job. His vast business experience and Military history makes him a valuable asset to the Pacific Crest team.

MINDEN, Nevada — A small community of just more than 3,000 residents east of the southern tip of Lake Tahoe, Minden, Nevada, is a quiet little town in the heart of the Carson Valley.

For just about a quarter of a century, Alex Pieters was one of a handful of police officers in the county seat of Douglas County.
