Company Background – Our Roots in the Business
Our founders had an epiphany! After years of long hours, hard work and frustration representing single insurers, it finally clicked. We were not representing the best interests of our customers. No one insurer has the best coverage, the best rates, or the best ratings and we felt we were doing a disservice to our clients by not giving them access to the best insurance available on the market. The Pacific Crest Independent Insurance Alliance is a culmination of years, even decades of collective experience whose goal is to provide customers the most competitive insurance options available to protect their families now and into the future.
Our Pledge – We Take Care of our Agents So They Can Take Care of You
Pacific Crest Insurance is committed to building a community-based network of ethical, client-focused independent insurance agents. We provide our agents with industry leading commission and the best office solutions available in the market today. We do this so our agents and agencies can focus on what they do best “serving their customers” without the pressures of managing a business. As a result, Pacific Crest customers are treated as community members, friends and neighbors – not just insurance policies

Pieters Insurance - Minden, Nevada
— A small community of just more than 3,000 residents east of the southern tip of Lake Tahoe, Minden, Nevada, is a quiet little town in the heart of the Carson Valley.
For just about a quarter of a century, Alex Pieters was one of a handful of police officers in the county seat of Douglas County.
Knowing the community as he does, it made sense that Alex would hang his shingle in this community that once boasted it was a getaway destination for some of the biggest names in Hollywood, including Clark Gable and Jean Harlow.
Alex understands that to succeed in a small town, being competitive with price is important.
